The US Soccer learning center is where every registered referee can access their own account. Each referee once registered has their own learning center page. 
 
    What you need to do is click on the below link. Once there, you can either log in or Sign Up.  

  
   
 
Once you have opened your account then you can find out all your information to include, REFEREE ID NUMBERS - safesports certs, referee licenses, background information, to name a few. 

    Also here is where you can choose your state association. Most are in Maine but if you are from another state you can also add that state to your Maine account. 

    Or if you are from another state, you can add Maine to your profile, so we can see you and use you in games in Maine.
